Welcome back. Let’s get back to it, shall we? Today I’ve added an acrylic wash over my image transfer.
Some days I only was able to make a small change, so in order not to bore you, I’m going to show some changes together. Keep in mind, you may need some drying time, or not! Depends on how open you are to experimental results?
I’ve used a mix of fluid acrylics and diluted heavy bodied acrylics to color the photos, but ink would work and you could try watercolor, but I am not sure how well it would stick to the acrylic gloss medium that you’ve already laid down for the image transfer.
Once my washes dried, I got out my art pens and added some details. A word of advice. Get yourself a good opaque white marker – a white paint marker works well. I also used some art markers, but I bet a sharpie would work too.
